The years come and go so fast it is amazing. It seemed like just yesterday it was wintertime and I was thinking about preparations for Field Day, and here we are, it has come and gone. What a great field day it was. The weather cooperated, there was a good turnout from the club, and we beat our count from last year. Our chief cook Bill KB1CAT did an outstanding job with the meals and I have some continuing benefits from his work in my refrigerator. :-) I brought my TS-2000 and power supply and the rig was connected to a longwire and it worked great. I will have pictures up on my website within a few days. The website is www.w1mwb.com. If you see last years pictures and videos I haven't updated the field day page yet. I should have it done by the end of the week. Events like this remind me of what a great hobby we have and how awesome it is to be part of WAARN.
